Hello Reader,

Excitement is contagious.

Think about an important day in your life. It could be a graduation day, a wedding day, the start of a new job, or the birth of a child. These days are important, and when we tell others about them, we are usually enthusiastic.

We are excited. Our excitement spreads to others, and we tell them our good news.

He first found his own brother, Simon, and said to him, “We have found the Messiah!” (which is, being interpreted, Christ).
John 1:41

In John 1, Jesus is starting to gather his disciples. When Andrew meets Jesus, he knows he has met the Messiah. Generations have been waiting thousands of years for the Messiah to come.

Andrew is so excited that he has found the Messiah that he goes to find his brother Simon to tell him. Simon goes with Andrew to meet Jesus.

Andrew gives us a great example; he is excited and tells others about Jesus. One of the best ways we can tell others about Jesus is through our testimony and how Jesus has changed our lives.

Sharing the message of Jesus doesn't have to be complicated. We can share our excitement about what Jesus has done for us. It's truly contagious.
