Hello Reader,
It's said that women speak about 20,000 words a day. That's an average of almost 14 words for every minute of the day.
\nWow! That's a lot of words. But, do we ever stop to consider if we are using our words well?
\nIn the book of James, we are reminded that the tongue is a small but mighty member. An uncontrolled tongue is dangerous and can bring us trouble and difficulty.
\nAs we consider what we will say each day, Paul gives us this guidance: speak evil of no one, don't be contentious or argumentative, be gentle and kind, and show humility.
\nIf we applied this one verse to everything we say today, how would our words be different?
\nOne last thought: Are we speaking too much? Often, our friends don't need us to talk. They want someone to listen.

Throughout the chapter, David describes our actions and God's response. In conclusion, those who trust in the Lord will lack no good thing. Over time, everything on earth will age and decay. In Mark 13, Jesus told us that \"my words (scripture)\" will not pass away. The Bible does not fade, and it will not change. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away. I know that when you mow, you should go in a square gradually, making your square smaller until you finish. I try to push the mower in a square, but somehow, my lines aren't exactly straight; they look something like this: But when I'm finished and look at the big picture, I don't see all the crazy lines and turns; I see my pretty yard.
